Game Nights Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Game Nights application and website.

Using Game Nights

You may use Game Nights to organize and participate in game nights, leagues, and Game Series sessions. You are responsible for information and content you submit and for complying with applicable laws.

Accounts and safety

Keep your account credentials secure. Do not misuse the service, impersonate others, harass users, or submit unlawful or harmful content. Game Nights may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.

Subscriptions

Paid features, billing periods, prices, and renewal terms are disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the platform where they were purchased. Canceling stops future renewal and does not retroactively refund the current billing period except where required by law.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights to content you submit and grant Game Nights the limited permission needed to store, display, and process it to operate the service. Game names and factual game information may identify third-party products; those owners retain their respective rights.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Game Nights reliable, but the service is provided as available and may occasionally be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Game Nights is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
