Your information stays part of your game night

This policy explains what Game Nights collects, why it is used, and the choices available to users.

Information we collect

Game Nights may collect account information such as name, email address, profile details, event and league participation, invitations, RSVPs, waitlist and check-in activity, game-library choices, and support communications. We also collect limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How information is used

We use information to create and secure accounts; organize events, leagues, and game series; deliver invitations and service communications; manage attendance and waitlists; provide support; prevent misuse; and maintain and improve Game Nights.

Information shared to provide the service

We may disclose limited information to service providers that host, secure, analyze, or deliver Game Nights functionality; to other users when needed for an event or league the user joins; or when required by law. We do not sell personal information for marketing.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Users may update account information or request account deletion from within Game Nights. Account deletion requests are normally completed within 7 days and confirmed by email. Active subscriptions must be canceled separately. For privacy questions, contact support@gamenights.co.

We may revise this policy as Game Nights changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
